What warranty comes with the SELR20+ electric pallet jack?
The SELR20+ includes an 18-month extended warranty as part of the Sumachay Plus Series, 50% longer than standard models. Coverage includes the drive motor, controller, battery, and hydraulic system against manufacturing defects. Warranty registration is automatic at purchase.

How long does the SELR20+ battery last and how is it charged?
The SELR20+ uses a lithium-ion 48V 30Ah battery. Charge time is approximately 4 hours using the included 120V plug-in charger. No special wiring required. The lithium-ion battery supports opportunity charging without reducing battery life.
