Electric pallet jacks are best for daily, high-volume pallet movement they reduce operator fatigue and increase throughput. Manual pallet jacks work well for occasional use, tight budgets, or backup equipment. If you move more than 20 pallets per shift, electric is usually the more productive choice.

Our pallet jacks range from 2,500 kg to 3,000 kg capacity. Standard fork dimensions are 27×48 inches and 20.5×48 inches, matching the most common North American pallet sizes (48×40 GMA standard). Narrow-fork options are available for non-standard pallets.

Yes. Our pallet jacks are designed for dock-to-trailer use on flat concrete and dock plates. Manual jacks handle mild slopes. Electric jacks work on dock plates and level trailer floors. Avoid steep ramps over 3–5% grade, outdoor gravel, and unfinished surfaces.

Polyurethane (poly) wheels are quieter and better for smooth concrete floors. Nylon wheels are harder, more durable on rough surfaces, and handle heavier loads. Choose poly for indoor warehouses and nylon for docks or facilities with debris on the floor.
