Your Sumachay electric pallet jack or stacker is protected by a twelve month limited warranty that begins on the date of purchase as shown on your invoice. This warranty provides coverage for legitimate faults or breakdowns that occur under normal use.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to issues that result from improper use negligence accidents or operation outside of the equipment rated capacity.
Overloading Warning: Any damage to the forks the chassis the hydraulic pump the motor or the battery that results from overloading will void the warranty. Evidence of overloading such as bent forks a leaking pump a deformed mast or signs of motor strain will automatically void warranty coverage.
Motor and Battery Coverage: The electric motor and lithium battery are covered against manufacturing defects only. Both components can sustain permanent damage if the machine is overloaded or used improperly. If inspection indicates overload related stress for example bent forks a warped frame burnt motor smell overheated controller or a leaking pump the warranty will not apply.
Damage caused by exposure to fluids chemicals or submersion in water is not covered under this warranty.
To help ensure long term performance you should perform routine maintenance which includes regular cleaning correct lubrication and proper storage.
