Do you ship electric pallet jacks across Canada?
Yes. We ship nationwide via LTL freight carriers from our Toronto warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. All units ship on pallets, fully assembled and ready to operate on arrival.
How fast is delivery in Ontario and Quebec?
Most orders to Ontario and Quebec arrive within 2–4 business days. Toronto-area customers can arrange same-day or next-day warehouse pickup at 840 Flint Road, North York.
How does factory-direct pricing work?
We sell directly from the manufacturer to your facility with no dealer markups, no sales rep commissions, and no inflated service packages. What you see on our site is the actual equipment cost. This model typically saves 20–40% compared to traditional forklift dealerships.
Do you offer volume pricing for packaging supplies?
Yes. Our Distributor Program offers wholesale pricing on packaging supplies such as stretch wrap, strapping, and shipping materials. Are your pallet jacks lithium-powered?
Yes. Every electric pallet jack and stacker in our lineup uses lithium-ion battery technology. Lithium batteries charge faster, last longer, require zero maintenance, and eliminate the acid spills and ventilation concerns associated with lead-acid units.
What is Sumachay Plus and how is it different?
Sumachay Plus is our extended coverage tier. Plus models include an 18-month warranty (vs. 12 months standard), priority technical support, and access to replacement parts inventory. It is available on the SELR20+ and SST15+ models.
How do you compare to Toyota or Crown?
Our equipment delivers comparable performance at a significantly lower price point.
