Shipping Methods and Rates: We offer shipping services Canada-wide. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the unfortunate event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Order Pickup: We load all pickup orders from our truck-level loading dock only. Our team cannot load vehicles at ground level. Before you arrive, please do one of the following:
- Bring a truck or vehicle that can be loaded at a truck-height dock, or
- Arrange your own carrier and loading, or
- Switch to delivery — contact us and we'll quote it.
Vehicles that cannot receive freight at dock height cannot be loaded.
