Compatibility

Will this fit units other than the SELR20+ Pallet Jack?
No. This pack has a connector, voltage, and BMS profile matched to the SELR20+ Pallet Jack. Installing it on SELR20 Standard or SESR15 or other Sumachay units may cause electrical or BMS compatibility issues that affect operation, and may void the warranty on both the pack and the jack.
How do I know my current pack is failing?
Three signals: runtime drops by 30% or more from new; the unit cuts out mid-lift at partial charge; BMS fault codes appear on the controller. See our Troubleshooting Guide for full diagnostics.

Installation & warranty

Does replacing the battery void my jack warranty?
No. Owner-installed genuine Sumachay replacement packs are permitted under the parent jack's warranty. Aftermarket non-Sumachay packs do void the jack warranty.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. The pack is a drop-in swap via the standard connector. Tools needed are limited to the service-access panel screws. An installation guide ships with the pack.
