Products in this collection ship free individually no minimum order required. Each product’s free shipping status is set at the product level. You can combine free-shipping and regular-shipping items in the same cart.
What carrier do you use for free shipping orders?
Free shipping orders are delivered via our standard freight and courier partners. Equipment ships via freight carrier with tracking. Smaller items may ship via courier (Canada Post, UPS, or similar). Delivery times vary by destination typically 3–10 business days.
Can I still pick up locally instead of using free shipping?
Yes. Toronto-area customers can choose local pickup regardless of free shipping eligibility. Select local pickup at checkout and we will coordinate a collection time at our Toronto-area facility. Pickup is available Monday–Friday during business hours.
Do free shipping products still include warranty and support?
Yes. Free shipping does not affect warranty coverage or support terms. All products retain their standard warranty (12 months, or 18 months for Plus products). Parts support and technical assistance remain available regardless of how the product was shipped.
