Start with your typical pallet weight and daily cycle count. For loads under 3,500 lb and moderate use, a standard lithium model works well. For heavier loads or multi-shift operations, choose a 4,400 lb capacity model with a higher-amp battery for longer runtime between charges.

Our electric pallet jacks range from 3,300 lb (1,500 kg) to 4,400 lb (2,000 kg) load capacity. Fork lengths are standard 48 inches with widths matching North American pallet dimensions. Choose capacity based on your heaviest regular load, not occasional maximum.

Electric pallet jacks work on smooth concrete, sealed warehouse floors, and dock plates. They fit standard trailer widths and most dock doors. Avoid steep ramps (over 5% grade), outdoor gravel, and wet surfaces. Minimum aisle width is typically 8–10 feet for safe turning.

All our electric pallet jacks use lithium-ion (LiFePO4) batteries with built-in chargers. A full charge takes 4–6 hours and delivers 6–8 hours of typical warehouse use. Opportunity charging during breaks extends runtime. No battery watering or acid maintenance required.
