Choosing the right machine
Sweeper or scrubber — which one do I need?
Sweepers (like the SL1250) collect dry debris — dust, dirt, leaves, packaging fragments — and use brushes plus a dustbin. Scrubbers (like the SS60 or SS75-R) apply a cleaning solution and recover dirty water through a squeegee. Many large facilities run both. If your floors are sealed and you need them visibly clean and disinfected, you need a scrubber. If your floors collect debris that you currently sweep with a broom, you need a sweeper.
Walk-behind or ride-on — does facility size matter?
Yes. As a rule of thumb, walk-behind machines suit facilities under ~3,000 m² of daily cleaning, while ride-on machines pay back faster above ~5,000 m² because operator fatigue stops being the bottleneck. The SL1250 ride-on is engineered for facilities cleaning 5,000 m² or more per shift.

How long does the battery last per charge?
The SL1250 runs for 3 to 4 hours of continuous operation on a single full charge, depending on debris load and surface conditions. The lithium-ion pack supports opportunity charging without reducing battery life — plug in during operator breaks to extend a full shift.
Can the SL1250 handle outdoor surfaces?
The SL1250 is engineered for indoor and covered-yard use on hard, flat surfaces. It can handle covered loading yards in dry conditions, but is not rated for sustained outdoor use in rain, snow, or on uneven gravel. For outdoor cleaning, contact our team for guidance on appropriate ride-on options.
What maintenance does the SL1250 require?
Empty the dustbin between shifts, refill the dust suppression tank as needed, inspect and rotate brushes monthly, and replace the main brush approximately every 6 to 12 months depending on use. Lithium-ion batteries are maintenance-free for the warranty period — no watering, no equalization, no off-gassing.

Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after 1 to 3 days of handling time. Liftgate delivery and appointment scheduling are available on most routes.
What warranty comes with the SL1250?
The SL1250 includes a 12-month standard warranty covering the drive system, brush motors, controller, and lithium battery against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Wear items (brushes, seals) are excluded. Warranty registration is automatic at purchase.
