3 to 4 hours of continuous scrubbing per full charge, depending on solution flow rate and floor conditions. The 24V/80Ah lithium-ion battery allows for partial charging during operator breaks, which extends the total coverage of a shift. A full charge from empty takes 3 to 4 hours .

Q: Can the SS75-R be used outdoors or on slopes?

Not outdoors , and not on grades greater than 5% (approximately 3 degrees) . The SS75-R is designed for indoor sealed hard floors only : sealed concrete, epoxy, polished concrete, and ceramic or porcelain tile. It is not suitable for asphalt, gravel, rough or unsealed concrete, cold rooms, or any outdoor surfaces. Operation on steep grades presents a tip-over hazard; the manual specifies a maximum grade capability of 5%.

Q: What maintenance does the SS75-R require?

After Each Shift: empty and rinse recovery (dirty water) tank, rinse squeegee, inspect both brushes and clear debris from float filter. Monthly (every 80 hours): clean solution tank filter, check squeegee blade for wear and rotate, clean recovery tank lid seal, lubricate bearings and rollers, and check for loose nuts and bolts. Quarterly (every 250 hours): inspect traction, vacuum, and brush motors’ carbon brushes; replace at 10mm wear. Lithium-ion batteries are maintenance-free for the warranty period: no watering, no equalization, no gassing.
