Does the SELR20+ have built-in diagnostic codes?
Yes. The SELR20+ displays integrated diagnostic codes on the controller, allowing your team to quickly identify issues without waiting for a technician. This reduces downtime through faster troubleshooting and targeted parts orders.

Battery and operation

How long does the SELR20+ battery last, and how is it charged?
The SELR20+ uses a 48V 30Ah lithium-ion battery. Charging time is about 4 hours with the included 120V charger. No special wiring is required. The lithium-ion battery supports partial recharging without reducing its lifespan.
What is the load capacity of the SELR20+ electric pallet truck?

We maintain an inventory of spare parts at our warehouse in Ontario. Common items such as batteries, chargers, wheels, seals, and controllers are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Our service center also offers repairs and remote support.
How can I request a shipping quote for the SELR20+?
Please use the "Request a Shipping Quote" button on this page, or contact us at sales@sumachay.com. The SELR20+ ships LTL freight on a pallet. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after 1-3 days of processing.
