What capacity pallet jack do I need?
Most warehouse pallet jacks are rated at 3,300 lb (1,500 kg) or 5,500 lb (2,500 kg). Choose based on your heaviest regular load. If you routinely handle over 4,000 lb, go with a 5,500 lb unit.
Electric vs manual pallet jack — which should I choose?
If you move more than 15–20 pallets per shift or cover distances over 100 feet regularly, electric pays for itself in labour savings and reduced fatigue. Manual jacks work well for lighter use, backup units, and tight spaces.
What lift height do I need for a stacker?

How does shipping work? Do you offer liftgate delivery?
All equipment ships Canada-wide via LTL freight. Most in-stock orders dispatch within 1–3 business days. Liftgate delivery is available at checkout for locations without a loading dock. Sumachay Plus orders ship free.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
