    Pousse manuelle, rayon de braquage de 1 120 mm. Fonctionne sur béton, asphalte, plancher de quai ou entrepôt.

    Engagez la palette jusqu'à 1 000 kg

    Les fourches entrent dans une palette standard. Activez ensuite le levage électrique 12V.

    Le châssis soulève le gerbeur et la charge ensemble

    Levée jusqu'à 1,3 m. Suffisant pour atteindre une caisse de camion de 5 tonnes, un plateau de livraison ou une étagère basse.

Every SS10EA operator in Canada has the same problem in common: they are loading or unloading pallets from trucks without a dock. Typical setups:

  • Route delivery — grocery, beverage, restaurant supply. Drivers move palletized product from their own truck into customer storerooms without needing dock access at every stop.

Loading into the trucks

How does the self-charging mechanism actually work?
The SS10EA chassis is the lift system itself. A 12V electric motor lifts the entire stacker (with the pallet loaded on the forks) up to truck bed height, or up to 1.3 m (51 in). You then manually walk the unit into the truck and deposit the load. The sequence: approach truck, engage pallet, activate lift, walk into bed. No dock, no ramp, no forklift required.
What truck bed heights does it adapt to?
Up to 1.3 m (51 in), which covers most 5-ton delivery trucks, vans, and medium-sized cube trucks. It is not suitable for full semi-trailers (reefer trailer floors are generally 1.3 to 1.5 m and vary) and is not designed for loading on dock-height trailers. Measure your truck box before ordering; if you send the measurement with your quote, we will confirm compatibility before quoting.
How much does the stacker itself weigh?

The SS10EA is semi-electric: the lift is powered by a 12V motor, but you push the unit manually to move it. A fully electric stacker (like the SST15+) also has motorized travel, which is important in high-throughput warehouse operations where you repeatedly move pallets over long distances. The semi-electric is lighter, cheaper, and simpler, which is suitable when your travel distances are short (truck to storage, delivery to depot).
When should I choose something other than the SS10EA?
If you need to stack higher than 1.3 m or handle loads over 1000 kg, the SS10EA is not the right tool. Consider the SSE15 (1500 kg, higher lift, semi-electric) or the SST15+ (1500 kg, 3.5 m lift, fully electric, multi-shift warranty). If you only need to move pallets on the ground over long warehouse distances without lifting, the SESR15 electric pallet truck is better suited.

Battery and operation

How long does a 12V 60Ah battery last between charges?
Autonomy depends entirely on how often the lift is triggered. On-route delivery operators who do 10-20 lift cycles a day typically finish a full day with a night charge. The battery only powers the lift. You push the unit manually, so there is no travel consumption.

Warranty, freight, and support

What does the warranty cover?
The SS10EA comes with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty on the stacker covering defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage applies to the equipment only. Chargers, batteries as consumables, and wear parts (wheels, load rollers) are excluded. Warranty registration is automatic upon purchase; no activation is required.
