## Shipping, pickup, and returns

- Shipping: freight (LTL) across Canada, dispatched from Ontario. Freight cost is quoted at order confirmation because it varies by size, weight, freight class, residential vs commercial delivery, liftgate, and province — Sumachay does not publish a flat freight rate.
- Pickup and local delivery: available in the Toronto / Greater Toronto Area from the Ontario facility.
- Returns: 30-day return window on eligible new-condition items, returned by mail. Large freight items follow the return terms shown on the product page and in the Service Center.
